At Civil Regime, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
